Deposit: We require a 25% non refundable deposit to secure a booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival. A booking is complete when you receive our official confirmation.
Cancellations: Must be advised in writing at least 14 days before booking is due to begin. The hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let. Booking Deposits are non-returnable. We strongly advise you to insure against cancellation.
Unless prior arrangement has been made, the proprietors reserve the right to re-let accommodation if it has not been claimed by 9.00pm on the confirmed day of arrival.
Arrival : Apartments available from 2:00pm guests are requested to call or email to advise of estimated arrival time and arrange key collection. Keys can be collected from key safe after hours (Code required).
Departure: Apartments must be vacated by 10:00am. We request that our visitors leave the apartment tidy and the cooker clean.
Pets: No pets may be brought into the apartment unless by prior arrangement with the proprietor. A cleaning charge of £20 per pet per stay will be charged.
Smoking: Is strictly prohibited in all apartments at Sunningdale but smoking is permitted in the garden and outside areas.
WIFI: A free wireless broadband internet connection is available. Instructions are provided but we are unable to offer any further support. By completing the booking form the Tenants agree to abide by the service providers Fair Use Policy and agree not use the service for unlawful or illegal purposes.
Parking: One space is provided free of charge. An extra space may be available by arrangement. Cars are parked at Owner’s risk.
Children: Under 2 years old are free of charge, all other children are classed as adults. A cot and high chair will be provided free if requested.
Price: Includes all bed linen and towels, tea towel, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, WIFI ,parking and electricity usage.
Central Heating: All apartments have night storage heating which will be supplied free of charge when appropriate. All apartments have additional lounge heaters and electric wall or portable heaters for guests to use as and when required.
Television: Remote control colour television with CD player, Teletext, and Freeview in all apartments.
Condition of Property / Inventory: Before you arrive, the apartment will have been cleaned and checked. Any of the contents found to be damaged or missing on arrival should be reported within 24 hours of arrival to the Owner. Losses, damage, or any cleaning necessary, over and above normal servicing, will be invoiced to you. If equipment in the property malfunctions, a fair period of time must be allowed for the Owner to arrange repair or replacement. By completing a booking, you agree to these conditions.
Behaviour: In the interest of others, tenants must ensure that there is no unreasonable amount of noise within their apartment at any time, and in particular any radio, television or CD player must not be audible from outside the apartment in which they are being used. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and those responsible will be asked to leave the property immediately.
Important: No specific apartment will be reserved for a guest unless confirmed in writing by the proprietor. An apartment with sea views or on a specific floor cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the proprietor.
Brochure and Internet Descriptions: The Owner reserves the right to amend prices quoted, due to errors or omissions. Online prices and last-minute offers may differ from the published tariff. Photographs are representative only.
Liability: The Owner does not accept liability for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense, or inconvenience whether to person or property, which the Tenants or anyone connected with the letting may incur. We reserve the right to cancel owing to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason beyond the Owner’s control the property is not available on the date booked (owing to fire or water damage for example) or the property is unsuitable for holiday letting, all rent and charges paid in advance by the Applicants will be refunded in full, but the Applicants shall have no further claim against the Owner.
The Tenancy: The Tenancy confers upon the Tenants the right to occupy for a holiday within the meaning of schedule 1, Paragraph 9 of the Housing Act 1988. The Tenants agree: (a) To pay for any losses or damage to the property however caused (reasonable wear and tear excepted) unless the cost of making good such loss or damage can be recovered under Owner’s household insurance policy. (b) To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy. (c) To permit the Owner reasonable access to the property. (d) Not to part with possession of the property or share it except with members of the party as shown on the booking form. In no circumstances may the number of people exceed the stipulated description. Parties of young singles are not allowed. A cot may only be occupied by a child aged 24 months or less. (e) Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of nearby premises.
Disclaimer: The property and contents are used at the Tenants’ own risk. Parents should ensure that their children are supervised, at all times.
Authority to Sign: The person who completes the booking certifies that he or she is authorised to agree the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the booking, including those substituted or included later. He or she agrees to take responsibility for the party occupying the property and to advise them of the terms and conditions. The accommodation may only be occupied by the persons listed in the booking. Any alterations should be agreed with the Owner before the arrival date.
